How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago
You have the option to cancel your order through the cancellation link in your confirmation email. If you cannot find the link or need assistance, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Important Notes:
• Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.
• Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can still be stopped. Due to processing times, your order may still be shipped before we are able to process your request.
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.
If you need to cancel, we recommend reaching out immediately, but please understand that cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
