Returns within the European Union are possible and must be registered through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Open our Returns Portal: https://industrialkonzept.com/return
Enter your order details (email address used for the order and the order number).
Select the items you would like to return.
After registration, the appropriate return address will be displayed.

If available, you can purchase a return label directly within the portal.
If this option does not appear, label purchase is not possible — in that case, please ship the package yourself to the return address provided.

Important:

We are not able to manually create return labels. All returns must be registered through the Returns Portal.

Final Sale items, backorder items (special orders placed on customer request), and personalized or custom-made products are legally excluded from returns and exchanges.
We cannot accept returns from outside the European Union due to legal restrictions.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team.
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 14 days.
If the item is not in its original condition, we cannot issue a refund. In such cases, we will contact you or return the item to you.
