1. Automatic Invoice Email

Once your order has been fulfilled (meaning it has been shipped), our system automatically sends your invoice in a separate email.

This typically happens on the same day the order is shipped.

If you cannot find the invoice email:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder

• Check Promotions or filtered folders (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)

• Make sure your inbox is not full

Sometimes email providers filter invoice emails, so the message may not appear in your main inbox.

2. Download Your Invoice in Your Account

If you did not receive the invoice email or need another copy, you can download it directly from your customer account:

How to access your invoice:

1. Visit our website: industrialkonzept.com

2. Click on Account (or click here)

3. Enter the email address you used for the order

4. After logging in, you will see your order overview

5. Select the order for which you need the invoice

6. On the order details page, click “Download Invoice”

A PDF will automatically download.

3. Still can’t find your invoice?

If the invoice email is missing and you cannot access it via your account, please contact us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number

• The email address used for the order

• Your full name

Our team will be happy to assist and resend your invoice.
