Order confirmation emails are sent automatically immediately after an order is placed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please follow these steps:
1. Check all email folders
Spam/Junk folder
Promotions or Marketing tabs
Any filtered or archived folders
Make sure your inbox is not full
2. Verify the email address used at checkout
It’s possible that:
a different email was used,
there was a typo during checkout,
the email address was entered incorrectly.
3. If you still cannot find your confirmation email
