If an item you ordered is out of stock, the process depends on the type of product and the information available:

1.  Item temporarily out of stock with a known lead time

If the item is expected to come back in stock, the estimated availability will always be shown on the product page before purchase.

In this case, your order will remain active and the item will be reserved for you.

We will notify you once the item arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship.

2.  Item unexpectedly out of stock with no restock date

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable and no restock date is provided by the supplier or manufacturer, we will contact you with the available options.

If the item cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.

3.  Backorder / made-to-order items

For items that are produced or sourced specifically for your order, the lead time shown on the product page applies.

These orders are confirmed and processed normally.
