Your tracking says "delivered" but your parcel is not there? Please go through these steps:

1. Look around: the parcel may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
2. Check the delivery address in your order confirmation.
3. Ask your household or neighbours whether someone accepted it.
4. Wait another day. Sometimes a parcel is shown as delivered before it actually arrives.

If you still cannot find it, write to [email protected] with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier.
