My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated a month ago
If your order status shows delivered, but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
1. Check your surroundings – The package may have been placed in a secure location or left with a neighbor.
2. Verify the shipping address – Ensure the address provided at checkout is correct.
3. Ask household members or neighbors – Sometimes, packages are accepted by someone else at the address.
4. Wait a little longer – In some cases, carriers mark a package as delivered a few hours before actual delivery.
5. Contact the local shipping carrier – Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to inquire with the carrier directly.
