Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country, the shipping carrier, and—if applicable—customs processing. Based on our experience, the following average transit times apply after the carrier has collected your order:
Germany: 1–2 business days
EU: 4–5 business days
Rest of Europe (Zones 2–3): 5–7 business days
Worldwide: 7–14 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and local logistics processes. Customs clearance can also vary in speed, depending on the country.
Order Processing Times
1. In-stock items
Items marked as in stock are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Backordered items
If an item is not immediately available, processing time depends on the manufacturer’s supply timeline. The expected availability is shown on each product page — per variant, above the “Add to Cart” button.
Please consider the following:
Manufacturer lead times can vary significantly (e.g., 2–4 weeks for some brands; others may take 8–12 weeks).
These are estimates, based on previous deliveries and industry experience.
Manufacturers may ship earlier than expected, but delays are also normal due to high demand or limited production capacity.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we always ship within 3 business days.
Any delays occur on the manufacturer’s side — not ours — and they affect all retailers equally, including direct purchases from the brand.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Delivery for Large or Bulky Items
Large furniture pieces or pallet shipments may require up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the destination and shipping method.
If your order requires special handling or freight shipping, we will provide the estimated delivery time after confirmation.
