In-stock items

Items marked "In stock" ship within 3 business days.

Items on order

Some pieces are ordered from the manufacturer after you order, or made to order. For each variant, the product page shows above "Add to cart" when the piece will be ready to ship from us ("Ready to ship in approx. …"). Depending on the brand this is, for example, 2–4 weeks, for some 8–12 weeks. Once it is with us, we ship it within 3 business days. All times are approximate.

Transit time

The transit time from handover to the carrier comes on top, approx.:

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 3–5 business days
• Rest of Europe (outside the EU): 5–8 business days
• United States: 5–8 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Outside the EU, customs clearance can take longer depending on the country.

Large and bulky pieces

Very large, extra long or heavy pieces ship as bulky goods or by freight. Transit time approx.:

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 4–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number at the email address of your order. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder. If the number is missing, write to [email protected] and we will send it to you.

Express shipping

For express delivery or priority handling, please write to [email protected] before ordering. You will receive a quote for your destination and items. Express depends on availability and usually costs extra.
