Changes or Modifications to Your Order

Once an order has been placed, changes can only be made manually in exceptional cases. Our team can check this for you, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments are still possible, as the order may already be processed or shipped in the meantime.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order at [email protected] and include:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address used for the order

• A clear description of the change you need

We will then manually check whether the order is still unprocessed and whether the requested modification can be made.

• Updating the shipping address

• Correcting contact information

• Adding or removing items (rarely possible, manual only)

Important Notes

• There is no guarantee that changes can be made.

• If the order has already been shipped, no modifications are possible.

• In this case, you may place a new order or send the item back once received, according to our Return Policy.
